Wearable art products are shipped within 3 working days- worldwide shipping is available. In the event that Tony La Chiusa Art is out of stock you will be notified and as soon as stock arrives your product will be sent.
Tony La Chiusa does not guarantee specific delivery dates/times. If delivery of your order is time sensitive please contact us at: hello@tonylachiusa.com or call us 0418618674 and we will try our best to accommodate.
All shipments will be labelled with an Authority to Leave notice. Please ensure that the elected delivery address has a safe and secure area for the item to be placed if you are unable to be present for delivery. If elected address is an apartment or unit, items will be left in best accessible area, whether that be front door, lobby, mail area or shared corridor.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to PO Box addresses.
Framed and Unframed Prints are made to order and have a term around time of 14 days. This time frame does not account for delivery time. all Framed and Unframed prints are send from our Sydney framing and printing partner - Estimated delivery times are listed below:

Please Note: To offer you the lowest possible shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your order until it is complete. Rest assured we will contact you if there is a delay.
PACKAGING
All Tony La Chiusa Art - art prints are carefully rolled with protective paper to protect against dust before being packaged in a tube. Prints should only be removed by a professional framer. Tony La Chiusa Art is not responsible for any scratches or damage to a print once it has been removed from its packaging.
Framed items itemsare first bubble wrapped then placed in cardboard shipping carton custom fit to each order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking is not provided for international standard shipments.
